Privacy notice
Information you share
When you request a growth audit, we collect your name, business name, phone or WhatsApp number, email, business type, city, current advertising channels and any website, social listing, growth goal or challenge you choose to share. Please do not include sensitive financial, health or account-access information.
Visitor and attribution information
We record the page associated with an audit request and, where available, the first landing page, referrer, campaign parameters and advertising click identifiers. Attribution is stored in session storage for the current browser session and included with your request. Hosting services may also process technical request information needed to serve and secure the website.
How we use your information
We use these details to assess your request, prepare the audit, communicate with you about it and understand how visitors find us. We do not use an audit enquiry as blanket permission for unrelated marketing. Submitting the form asks us to contact you about your request; optional fields may be left blank.
Analytics, cookies and advertising tools
Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel are optional integrations. They remain disabled unless real identifiers are configured. If enabled, these providers may process browser, device, page-visit and event data and use cookies or similar technologies. Any activation must be accompanied by the appropriate notice and consent controls for the audience. The current site does not depend on these tools to accept audit requests.
Storage and service providers
Audit requests are stored privately in Lovable Cloud. Access is restricted to authorised processing of enquiries; the website does not expose a public list of requests. Hosting and infrastructure providers process information to operate the site. Notification or CRM providers may receive enquiry information only if those channels are configured. We do not sell your enquiry details.
Retention and security
We retain enquiry information as needed to handle the request, follow up on a potential engagement and meet applicable obligations. A fixed retention schedule has not yet been adopted; you may ask us to review or delete an enquiry. We use access restrictions and reasonable safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and requests
You may request access to, correction of or deletion of information you submitted, or ask us to stop contacting you. We may need to verify your identity and retain information where required by law. Requests will be considered under applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection framework where applicable. This notice does not claim certification or universal regulatory compliance.
Children and changes
This website is intended for business enquiries, not for children. Do not submit another person’s details without authority. We may revise this notice as our practices change and update the date above.
